This training session will provide an introduction to Reflective Practice for birth to five provider community Participants will be learn the basic assumptions of reflective practice as related to emotional management, trauma triggers associated with working with vulnerable children and the concept of parallel process. Attendees will practice the use of reflective questions to understand more deeply or mentalize the mind of the other.
