As Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health and Community Services at Children's Institute, Dr. Diane Elias provides strategic leadership for one of Los Angeles County's largest community-based behavioral health programs, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of therapists, care coordinators, clinical supervisors, and administrative professionals committed to advancing a more coordinated, equitable, and whole-family approach to care.

CII is recognized by the National Head Start Association (NHSA) as one of 11 Head Start programs across the country for their excellence in providing high-quality early childhood education and family support services, as part of their 2025-30 Program of Excellence accreditation.
