4:15 PM – 4:30 PM – Queer Mercado Presentation

The East L.A. Queer Mercado is a place for the Latino LGBTQ community to come together in a safe space to display art, culture and community. It is held on the third Saturday of every month, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the parking lot and adjacent park at the Hilda L. Solis Learning Academy at 4801 East Third Street. Adelante Magazine – Queer Mercado in East LA Caters to Latinos in the LGBTQ Community & The Queer Mercado Linktree


4:30 PM – 4:45 PM – United American Indian Involvement Presentation

United American Indian Involvement (UAII) promotes the physical, behavioral, and spiritual well-being of American Indian and Alaskan Native communities in the urban Los Angeles area while preserving our cultures and traditions. uaii.org

4:45 PM – 5:15 PM – Community Conversation

Open discussion space for community members to share about any services/programs that they’d like to see more of.

5:15 PM – 5:20 PM – Announcements

Children’s Institute representatives from Head Start & Wellness programs will share about upcoming events. We also invite community members and partners to share about upcoming events.

5:20 PM – 5:30 PM – Giveaway!

Community members who attend will be given a giveaway ticket.
