MAP KEY
Upon arrival, please check in at the registration tables. Have your CII badge and Eventbrite
ticket ready for an easy check in. You will sign a waiver, create a name tag, put on a wristband,
and receive your CII swag item upon completing check in. You will be able to pick up your lunch
box upon registration
11:00am – Check In Begins
12:00pm – Martine’s Welcome
12:05pm – Band Begins
12:45pm – Simon Says
1:30pm – Bingo
2:15pm – Egg Race*
3:00pm – Thank You & Event End
*If there are a large number of participants in a competition, we will break it into rounds, with
the winners of each round competing in a βchampionshipβ round.

Guests (spouses, children, friends, etc) & pets NOT allowed
Food & Beverage
Boxed lunches provided by Apple Spice Junction. Vegan, non-dairy, gluten free,
etc. options available. Chips, fresh fruit and cookie included.

While we are aiming to provide everything you will need for the day, feel free to bring your own
items, such as lawn chairs, picnic blankets, personalized lunch (if you prefer this over our
available options), outdoor games, and sun protection.
Please enter the park via Gate 2 on Spring Street. SHOW THE PARKING PASS BELOW ON YOUR PHONE TO RECEIVE FREE PARKING. Head left onto Snake Road, turn right, and then turn left. You will head through a tunnel, and then turn left towards Golden Grove. The parking lot will be on the right hand side. If the paved parking lot is full, please head across the street into the dirt lot to park there. For a visual guide to these instructions, please see the map below.
