We partner with a variety of businesses and community organizations to make it easy for you to support our work on behalf of abused and neglected children.
Every time you shop at your neighborhood grocery store, enjoy a spa treatment, or buy or sell items on eBay, a portion of your purchase is donated to CII.
Shop and Help
Thanks to partnerships with Ralphs, Albertsons and Food 4 Less, you can contribute to CII at no additional cost. Even better, you will still receive all the discounts and savings you’re entitled to as a loyal customer of these generous retailers. Simply swipe your store card at the time of purchase.
Sign up today by visiting each store’s website and selecting CII as your charity of choice. Our five digit nonprofit organization number is 82384.
Ralphs
Already have a Ralphs Card? In August 2008, Ralphs updated its Rewards Club Card. That means everyone must register for the NEW Ralphs card in order to sign up for the Community Contributions program, as the old Rewards card will not enable you to contribute to CII.
Albertsons
Login and register for Albertson’s Community Partners Program.
Food 4 Less
If you shop at Food 4 Less, please e-mail jcole@childrensinstitute.org to obtain a Food 4 Less card. After receiving your card, go to www.food4less.net and sign up for the program.
If you don’t already have a store card, register as a “New Customer” and follow the instructions on each site.
Spas for a Cause
Through our partnership with the Eleanor Group, you can enjoy quality, reasonably-priced spa services while you support CII. It’s a great deal for you and CII—for every $65 purchase, $15-$20 is donated.
Each Spa Card entitles you or a recipient to four visits to an area spa. For details, visit www.spasforacause.com. When you’ve selected a spa, checkout and provide your name in the “Referred by” box. Your gift card will arrive within 7 or fewer business days.
eBay Giving Works
eBay Giving Works, the charitable division of eBay, enables you to donate a portion of what you sell on eBay to CII. Donations can range from 10% – 100%. It’s your choice.
As a seller, visit www.ebay.com. Under sell option, choose “customize your listing.” Complete the required screens. When asked, “How you would like to sell your item,” select “Choose another non-profit you love.” Type in “Children’s Institute” and hit Select. Finally, choose the percentage you wish to donate, and complete your listing.
For shoppers, simply go to www.ebaygivingworks.com and shop to support CII and other worthy causes.
