Thanks to the creativity, tenacity and generosity of Caroline Kunitz, CII received more than 72,000 diapers to distribute to families involved in our programs and services! Caroline is a devoted mom and founder of LA Diaper Drive, a hugely successful effort to collect diaper donations from corporations and distribute them to low-income families through non-profit organizations. Her latest effort was to host the “LA Diaper Drive/CVS Family Playdate,” a combination health fair, picnic and playtime at Rosecrans Park. CVS Pharmacy donated 600,000 diapers for the event.
