CII’s Project Fatherhood hosted its 2nd Annual Fatherhood Solution Conference at the University of Southern California’s Davidson Hall. The Conference featured Judge Greg Mathis, a retired Michigan judge and syndicated television show judge whose life story has inspired many others to overcome obstacles. Dr. Ken Canfield, who is widely viewed as one of the founders of the fatherhood movement, also spoke. Throughout the day, Los Angeles-based fatherhood programs shared their success stories during nine separate workshops. Special support for the Conference came from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services and the Boone Center at Pepperdine University.
During the event, Project Fatherhood also unveiled its new website and leadership publication. Check out the Project Fatherhood website.
