| Description: | Responsible for implementing consistent Community Service standards across all sites in assigned region ensuring that the CII service philosophy is delivered consistently each time an Agency stakeholder enters the door. Assuring a coordinated delivery of services for our clients in collaboration with programs and Community Service staff with a clear emphasis on finding resources for families. Modeling a prudent display of service demonstrated through putting CII’s mission and values in action. Coordinating with Central Management, as needed, to ensure the timely delivery of services and the adequacy of resources needed to meet the requirements of each site and each program. Act as an ambassador for each site by hosting visitors and providing them with information about CII and the programs, activities and resources available at the site. Assume responsibility for the maintenance and standardization of the regional administrative files such as copies of CCL licensing, Medi-cal site certification, DMH required lobby material, client blank charts, and department documents from other departments, such as HR or Finance. Oversee the process of coordination, scheduling, and equipping of space for clients’ services and internal meetings. Coordinate with central purchasing for the acquisition of all program and administrative supplies and equipment for all sites in the assigned region. Communicate as needed with Central Operations team to ensure timely delivery of mail and operational resources for the site. |
| Qualifications: | Ability to take the lead, in collaboration with other Regional Site Managers and Central Operations, to maintain consistency of operations across the site. Working knowledge of CII programs; including policies and procedures, scheduling needs, and enrollment criteria. Demonstrated skills and experience in program management or coordination. Demonstrated commitment to the mission, treatment philosophy and approach of the Agency. Strong ability to develop cross-function teams and support/drive collaboration for the effective use of resources and better educational outcomes for clients. Financial management skills to manage and operate within department budgets. Crisis management skills and ability to develop appropriate contingency plans. Ability to display sensitivity, tact and responsiveness in various situations and needs. General computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultures, ages and backgrounds. Very effective oral and written communications skills sufficient to write comprehensive reports. Ability to represent the organization in public forums. Ability to work effectively as a team player. Bilingual skills in Spanish/English (preferred). Current California driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier. |
