Mark Engel
Vice President, Finance
Mark Engel is Vice President of Finance for CII. He is responsible for the development and management of an annual operating budget of over $23 million, which encompasses federal, county, city and community-based grants and contracts. He also oversees all financial operations of the agency, including accounting, reporting, audit and contract management functions. Before joining CII, Mr. Engel was Vice President Finance and Controller for the American Heart Association, Los Angeles Affiliate, and an auditor for Texaco, Inc.
